Yes I survived yesterdays procedure. Today I am sore, I have three tiny sutures and the ultra sound I had today everything looks really good. I really thought I would be bruised up and down my leg...but not too much. Other leg next week. And back to training in two weeks!!!!! Counting the days already. I was so missing being in the pool last night. Thanks to Melissa for hanging out with me at the house till hubby got home. I was so bored! I forgot how much I hate sitting around doing nothing. SO I cleaned the kitchen, and did the first floor bathroom and some laundry BUT I did NOT Run, Swim, or Bike....:-)
Tonight is a TRI 70.3 Clinic...with TRI NE... Should be fun!
Going to put some of this extra energy into working on my two articles for two different journals and my presentation for a safe patient handling conference, I am speaking at next month.
GO DO....CAUSE YOU CAN!!!!!
