So we all know that I do not sleep much ( better the last few weeks). Usually, I sleep about 4 hours a night getting into bed around midnight..but lately I am sleeping 5-6 hrs a night...one of the reasons is from the article that Coach Tara said to read. It is a quick read. Some day Ill get to sleep more...I HOPE!!!
